Worldchem ET is a metal surface protection and phosphating product. In industry, it provides protection against corrosion by cleaning metal surfaces before painting and ensures that the paint adheres to the surface more effectively. The surfaces to be phosphated and the parts to be painted are sprayed or phosphated by dipping. Rusty surfaces are first cleaned of rust and rinsed. Then W-ET is applied and the surface to be painted is taken to the painting process after it is dried. Dilution rates vary according to the environment. The product is used by diluting with water between 1:1 - 1:10. The temperature of the dilution water should be 50-60 C for a more effective phosphate layer to form.
